At Golden Hammer Dent, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of any personal information we hold about you, please follow the instructions below.

What Data We May Hold

Depending on your interactions with us, we may hold:

• Contact information submitted via our quote or contact forms (name, email, phone)
• Vehicle and damage information you provided voluntarily
• Advertising interaction data collected via Meta Pixel (anonymized)
• Communications history (emails, messages)

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send us an email Write to info@goldenhammerdent.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include identifying information Provide the name and email address associated with your data so we can locate your records accurately.
3. Specify your request Let us know whether you want full deletion of all your data or deletion of specific information only.
4. Receive confirmation We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

• Your personal information will be permanently removed from our active systems
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you
• We may retain records required by law (e.g., financial transaction records) for the legally required period

Additional Rights

In addition to deletion, you may also request:

• Access to a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Restriction of processing in certain circumstances
